It’s not a deal-breaker. Most programmes in Germany, the Netherlands and Scandinavia are taught in English. We’ll find options for your current level and suggest how to improve your language in 3–6 months while you apply.

Yes. The full cost of any services and planning packages you’ve paid for is deducted from the price of the admission package. For example, if you bought a university shortlist for 9 990 ₽, the final offer will be 9 990 ₽ lower. Nothing is lost.

For most countries we calculate the price individually after reviewing your profile, because the amount of work depends on the country, level of study and number of applications. The Slovakia 2027 programme has ready-made packages at fixed prices, Essentials and Zero Stress, listed on the programme page. Either way, the final amount is fixed in the contract before we start.

It varies a lot. State universities in Germany are free or nearly free, even for international students. In the Netherlands and Sweden fees range from 8 000 to 15 000 € a year. Private business schools cost more. We’ll find options within your budget and help you look for scholarships.

Yes. State universities in Germany don’t charge tuition fees, and in Slovakia studying is free if you study in Slovak. There are also plenty of scholarships, such as DAAD, Erasmus+, Holland Scholarship and SI Scholarships (Sweden). Many of our mentors have been through DAAD, Erasmus+ and other grants themselves, so they remember how to put an application together and where people usually slip up.

It depends on the country, your grades and your language level. We assess your profile once your request tells us these. To keep your chances high, we usually build a shortlist of 5–10 programmes with different levels of risk.

Ideally, start 8–12 months before your course begins. If time is short, that’s no reason to put it off. We’ve handled urgent applications 2–3 months before the deadline. Once you get in touch, we’ll suggest a timeline for your intake year.

Our mentors are current students at Lund, UvA, Comenius, ESADE and Sciences Po. Each of them applied within the last 1–3 years. We don’t take commissions from universities and are paid only by our clients, so your shortlist includes only the universities that suit you.
