On the website we collect personal data only through the Free consultation form: your name, your phone number or email address and, if you choose to add it, the text of your question. The form can only be sent after you tick the box giving consent to the processing of personal data. The data is sent over a secure connection to our server in the Russian Federation and is recorded straight away in our CRM system, whose databases are also located in the Russian Federation. Form data is not stored in your browser.
To protect the form from spam, the server uses the sender's IP address and the time taken to fill in the form. This information is processed only in the server's memory. It is not stored and is not passed to the CRM system.
You can also contact us through our Telegram bot @alba_education_bot, where we ask for separate consent before processing your data, or by email. We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is always the current one.
The website uses cookies and Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russian Federation) to measure traffic. Metrica receives an anonymous browser identifier, the page address, the type of device and browser, and the time of the visit. Session recording (Webvisor) is switched off.
We also keep our own visit statistics on our server in the Russian Federation. They do not use cookies, do not store IP addresses and cannot identify a visitor. Only the page address, the referring source, the type of device and browser, and anonymous events on the site are recorded.
Metrica is loaded only after you click Accept in the cookie notice. If you click Decline, nothing is loaded and the website works normally. Your choice is remembered in one cookie on your device, and you can change it at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.
The language certificate check works entirely in your browser. The first name, surname and certificate number you enter are not sent anywhere or stored, and the register published on the website contains no personal data in readable form.
